Youth Court Program
Why
The Youth Court Program helps any individual appearing in Youth Provincial Court by explaining basic court and legal procedures. EFry believes it is everyone's right to be fully informed and aware of his or her options before entering the courtroom.
What
- referrals to agencies which offer community and legal support
- information and assistance in finding legal representation
- access to information on the legal process
- help with interactions with Duty Counsel
- emotional support to the accused, victims, witnesses, family and friends
