The Adult Court Work Program
Why
The Adult Court Program is for those accused of a crime, those appearing as a witness, and victims. EFry believes it is everyone's right to be fully informed and aware of his or her options before entering the courtroom.
What
- Offers basic legal information and support to people who are appearing in Adult Provincial Court.
- Bring together people who are appearing in Adult Provincial Court with legal and community resources.
- Provides assistance to people who are having a difficult time navigating the legal system.
- Connects represented accused to their private lawyers.
- Provides information to family members, friends and victims about the results of court proceedings.
